The American Institute of Architects (AIA) Los Angeles featured The Green Greenberg House in their Fall Eastbound tour in 2011. Beth Holden, the principal of New Theme, a Los Angeles based green design build firm in downtown LA, designed this spectacular, sleek, modern home for the photographer Jill Greenberg and producer Robert Green.
I developed a strategy and curated content for New Theme’s social media profiles; contributed to creating content for New Theme’s website; assisted with client prospecting and in generating interest in and increasing attendance at the AIA Green Greenberg House tour. We had a large turn out with over 200 people touring this magnificent residence throughout the day.
The Green Greenberg House forms a dynamic model for merging innovative design with energy strategies that result in a more efficient and healthier residence. It features a green roof that enhances the insulation values and solar photovoltaic panels that generate electricity, essentially moving the house off the grid. The Green Greenberg Green house is part of the LEED for Homes pilot program, and it obtained LEED Silver certification in 2012.
